DOOR EXPERT LOCK It fixes the door panel that comes out of the press with vacuum holders and is precisely fixed with lamps or flat according to the measurements entered from the touch panel.

It cuts the edges of the form and sizes them. In addition, a lock and handle are cut out on the door. The operation takes 1.50 minutes to complete for a single door.

In the DOOR EXPERT LOCK PLUS model, in addition to sizing, it completes the sanding process by passing the edges with a cutting knife / sanding ball. The machine can perform sizing or lock handle opening operations independently. It can move easily with the linear slide unit with lubrication system.
