DOOR EXPERT LOCK fixes the door panel coming out of the press with vacuum holders and precisely cuts and sizes the edges of the door panel according to the dimensions entered on the touch panel. In addition to these, it opens a lock and handle place on the door. It takes 2.30 minutes to complete the operation for a single door.

In theDOOR EXPERT LOCK PLUS model, in addition to sizing, it completes the sanding process by passing the edges with a cutting knife / sanding ball. The machine can perform sizing or lock handle opening operations independently. It can move easily with the linear slide unit with lubrication system.
