WOOD EXPERT 400 Automatic double-sided 45 or 90 degree wood door frame cutting machine for cutting and drilling connection holes.

WOOD EXPERT 400 is designed for double 45 or 90 degree cutting of wooden door frame profiles in series and automatic drilling of corner connection holes. Left cutting group is fixed and right cutting group is movable. The machine securely fixes the part with pressure holders. The right unit provides ease of cutting thanks to mechanical fixing. One operation takes approximately 10-15 seconds. Cutting saw and drilling group are pneumatic (automatic) moving. The part size can be adjusted easily and accurately with the precision measuring ruler. It can move easily with the linear guide unit and this unit has a lubrication system.
