WOOD EXPERT 400 S Automatic double-sided 45 or 90 degree wood door frame cutting and connection holes opening machine.

WOOD EXPERT 400 S is designed for double 45 or 90 degree cutting of wooden door frame profiles in series and automatic opening of corner connection holes. Left cutting group is fixed and right cutting group is mobile. The machine securely fixes the part with pressure holders. The right unit provides ease of cutting thanks to mechanical fixing. One operation takes approximately 10-15 seconds. Cutting saw and drilling group are pneumatic (automatic) moving. The part size can be adjusted easily and accurately with the precision measuring ruler. It can move easily with the linear slide unit and this unit has a lubrication system.
